In addition to the chaplain, the Catholic Center at NYU is served by four full-time missionaries from FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students). Ryan, Will, Angela and Nicole assist in the general programing of the Catholic Center, engage students in personal friendship and mentorship, and assist in organizing a series of weekly men's and women's small groups that meet to study the Bible, other books, and talk about life.

For the Ladies:
- Mondays at 8pm: The Crux: Fundamentals of the Faith, led by Angela Bacaling (angela.bacaling@focus.org)
- Tuesdays at 7:30 pm: Understanding Salvation History led by Nicole Michell (nicole.michell@focus.org)
- Tuesdays at 8pm: Put Love into Action: A small group Bible study focusing on service, led by Christina Marini (cm3177@nyu.edu)
For the Guys:
- Mondays at 7 p.m., focusing on masculinity, the fundamentals of the faith, and virtues necessary to be a good man, led by Ryan Noll (ryan.noll@focus.org)
- Fridays (with breakfast) at 9:30 a.m., led by Will Clerx (william.clerx@focus.org)
